I have this spell . . .see . . .
It scares me even.
I gave it like 6 minutes paralysis and 20 seconds of 100 frost damage (plus my bonuses from stats so it was rly like 1000 each second lol)
He had too much health to die from it but I could slice him to pieces with my Daedric dai-katana.
Noob.
Obtw that spell I made wiped out all of Seyda Neen with me casting it on a guard O.o
ITS EVIL I CANT CAST IT IN THE VICINITY OF MY FRIENDS LEST I KILL THEM AS WELL!

I played this for a bit. it was alright, not a huge fan though.
