Admin's Cannot see all

Now I know that admins are there to make sure that the server is fun for everyone and to make sure that everyone obeys our rules. I also know that with each other we may not obey them either. BUT if an admin is afk or talking on xfire and not paying attention to the chats then do a amsay to tell them whats up when they return. They should do something about it then. But if you do not tell them when they return they don't know its happened, because admins don't go back through the chats just to see what happened while they're gone. So if someone lames then tell an admin if they don't respond they're prob. afk so when they return tell them again. And for our lower level admins if you see that a higher admin is afk please step in and make sure our rules are followed.

yeah.. this basically comes down to 'admins are not gods, we do not know and see all, and if we are afk we really can't punish someone for doing something that happened like... half an hour ago...
