I'm working on getting it back up.
appernatly while i was internet-less paypal decided to have a glitch or something as they didn't pay it, i have now taken care of it and am simply awaiting to get a reply back that things are back up again.
I will also be working on getting out base server installed with ja+ so that if this happens it can be switched to ja+ for the time being.

as of 10 minutes ago tonight, the JA+ server went back online, the ip number remains the same as 208.43.43.88:29070
