Arts of the Saber

Hello, I'm posting here cause I thought I would bring a nifty idea in front of the SoE Clan.

I was once apart of a Community known as the Jedi Praxeum. The Praxeum was a place for people from all around the JA world to come and train with each other, learn new skills, meet new friends, and just have a good time with each other. Well, after a few months of being around, and after the summer had ended and school started again, the Praxeum went dead, and remains dead to this day.

I enjoyed my life in the Praxeum, cause not only did I learn a great deal, and improved my skill with the saber greatly, but that's also how I met Angel, the love of my life. Anyways...

I come here before you all, with a thought I've had for awhile now. I've thought about making a new community for those who wish to train, improve their skill, meet others from around the JA world, and just have a good time. I'm calling this new community Arts of the Saber.

I was wondering if any SoE members might like to become Students there, and a few maybe become Masters, too? I know you have some greatly skilled members in the clan, and if they would like to become a Master, then they can contact me and I will see how it goes. Now to warn you, I will be kinda picky about who I let be Masters, cause I want people with a right attitude, people that don't just have skill, but know how to teach others without major confusion (lol).

I'm already part of 'The Academy' so I've got enough JKA learning gong on... but... if it were to fade away (it's base and not alot of people wanna learn base these days i guess) I would concider coming over to your group, I could probably share some things I've learned there, although i'm yet to hold a master

i learned single from my master me hmmm staff i learn from some dude in NeoSith in early years thing was i was better then he was so that was boring and finaly Duals the only saber i find is the hardiest was by HeadHunter in my later years in NeoSith so praticly practice makes perfecto

Well, Kowro, I'm apart of the JA.net, too, I even have a Master there... I've had one since the beginning of 2009. I've been with TJA since 2006, yet I was also apart of Jedi Praxeum. TJA is a Base only community, and Jedi Praxeum was a mix. You can be apart of more then one community, but it's always your call, no pressure needs to be felt.

As for any other question, which I think I left out of the FAQ, the Arts of the Saber will be teaching both JA+ and Base. Also, we will be teaching more then just the saber. We will have acrobatic classes, which is where you can learn how to strafe, which is jumping while using less force. We'll have force classes, gun classes, gun vs. saber classes, and of course, saber classes. So this is just a community where you will learn pretty much everything.

yeah tja is kinda weak right now ken, but if you watch their euro server on certain days they are rather active.. unfortunatly the only classes i can ever attend are the beginer classes... and Exile taught me all of that... i even attended the 'jumping' class... reguardless of weather i'd done the same exersises 100's of times with Ex... and it's the only one i can ever make it to lol..

Yeah, Kenny... If you look at the Euro Servers on certain days, you'll see anywhere from 10-Full on the Player list. Sometimes when I check it, I'll see 4 Instructors, a Knight, and a lot of Students... Just need to figure out when those days are, and by doing that, just go here and see what times are classes, that's when you wanna check it out.
