Yes, I'm speaking the truth. KCR was finally let go after 3 months of being near to inactive all together. I myself have applied to join the HcC Clan, as this will give me a clan, but will relieve some stress from my head about trying to bring activity back to the clan.

You can, but I wouldn't recommend it. Most of us are still pretty hooked onto those tags, and you also don't want to make others think the clan is alive..
