So, i believe his computer being fixed was short lived, because now everytime it turns on it goes into hibernate and doesn't come out.

No i haven't gotten it fixed, i stopped trying after the first time when i got hell and it was blamed on me. So they're fixing it themselves this time xD i retire

Ah, well that makes sense... hope they have fun.
They probably need to completely re-format it... lol.
Wipe the computer completely clean and reinstall the OS.
